To all residents: We are updating the Parking Decals and Visitor Tags with fresh new tags. We are replacing the permanent Parking Decal with a green tag, and the Visitor Tag with a yellow tag that is reusable.
We will have in-person signups this week at the Clubhouse hosted by Vicki (Board) and Christina (UPA) on the following dates/times:
- Monday, June 1st: (3:00 pm – 5:30 pm)
- Wednesday, June 3rd: (3:00 pm – 5:30 pm)
- Friday, June 5th: (3:00 pm – 5:30 pm)
In case you also need a pool pass, you can fill out the forms to acquire one during this time as well.
Each household is eligible to receive up to:
- Two (2) Parking Decals at no charge
- Two (2) Visitor Tags at no charge
- Any additional parking decals or visitor tags will cost $15 each
Residents have until the end of June to obtain and display the new Parking Decals and Visitor Tags. Beginning July 1st, we will be returning to having towing enforcement for vehicles not in compliance.
After this week, residents will need to visit the United Property Associates office at:
Please bring the following to fill out the new vehicle registration form:
- A form of identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
- Vehicle Information:
- Make
- Model
- Color
- License Plate number
- State Inspection expiration date
We have attached the new vehicle registration form to print and fill if you would like to fill it out ahead of time.
Unit owners that have renters are asked to notify their tenants they they must bring a current copy of their lease agreement in order to receive the new Parking Decals and Visitor Tags.
