The Princess Anne Gardens Board of Directors and Management would like to remind all residents that the grace period for obtaining the new parking decals and visitor tags has ended. This was previously posted back in May that all residents must have updated parking passes by the 1st of July: https://princessannegardens.com/parking-decal-and-visitor-tag-new-replacement/

Parking patrols have now begun throughout the community by the towing company on contract.

To avoid receiving a violation notice or being towed, please ensure your vehicle is in compliance with the Association’s parking requirements. Effective immediately:

  • All resident vehicles must display the new parking decal in the front or rear window
  • All guest vehicles must display the new visitor tag on the rear view mirror or front dashboard.
  • If your vehicle has a Virginia license plate, please ensure your vehicle registration is current and that your vehicle displays a valid Virginia state inspection sticker.

Vehicles found to be out of compliance will be issued a 48-hour notice to correct the violation. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, the vehicle will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

If your vehicle has been towed, the contact information for the towing company is on the sign at the entrance to the community.

If you have not yet picked up your new parking decals and visitor tags, they are available at:

United Property Associates – Corporate Office
301 Bendix Road, Suite 300
Virginia Beach, VA 23452

Pickup Hours:
Monday through Friday
10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

The Board appreciates everyone’s cooperation as we implement the community’s parking program. These requirements help ensure parking remains available for residents and authorized guests while maintaining a safe and orderly community.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Association Manager.
