When: May 18th 2026, starting in the morning (expected around 9:30 or 10 AM), and lasting until repairs are completed
Why: We are scheduling plumbing repairs that requires a temporary water shutoff for the whole community on Monday May 18th 2026. Please see the below email sent on Wednesday May 13th 2026 from the UPA notification email system:
Please be advised that the Princess Anne Gardens Condominium Association will be conducting necessary plumbing repairs that require a temporary water shut-off to the entire community on Monday, May 18, 2026. The water shut-off will begin in the morning as contractors replace several gate valves as part of ongoing maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
The water outage is expected to last for several hours. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation while this important work is completed.
Residents will be notified once water service has been fully restored to the community.
We encourage all residents to plan accordingly and store water in advance for personal use during the outage period.
If you use your unit as a rental property, please ensure that your tenants are notified of this scheduled water shut-off.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Christina Young, Association Manager
Princess Anne Gardens Board of Directors
We identified several plumbing issues in the community during the emergency shutoff at the beginning of the month, and have scheduled this follow-up with the plumbing contractors to address this in a non-emergency timeframe.
