When: Friday May 1st 2026, starting around 9:30 or 10:00 am, and lasting until repairs are completed
Why: A leak at the main shutoff valve between the clubhouse and building #18 has accelerated and needs to be urgently repaired ahead of schedule.
The whole community will be shut off while repairs are underway. Service should be restored by end of day (likely sooner).
The leak was noticed early last week and a plumber came out to asses the leak. At the time it was not a heavy leak, so parts were placed on order and utility lines were marked out in the grass. While waiting for the parts to arrive, it was noticed today April 30th that the leak was increasing. The plumbing company agreed to come out in the morning to dig up the valve, asses the leak, and begin repairs. They will affect repairs to stop the leak while retaining service for all residents, but will likely have to come back out next week to install the final parts awaiting delivery.
