Recently there have been signs placed in the lawn around Building 12. Just a reminder to all residents about the Rules and Regulations of the Association, per Rule 3:
No sign, advertisement, notice or other lettering, painting or decoration, religious symbols or bric-a-brac shall be exhibited, inscribed, painted or affixed on any part of the outside of a Building or Limited Common Element or in the windows of any Unit without prior written consent of the Association.
These signs are not allowed and will be removed. Continuing to place signs in the Limited Common Element, like the lawn, will result in a violation letter being sent to the resident. Thank you for your understanding.
