General Update
An update for all the residents about the current status of the sewer pump station work from our last notice. Currently the old tank has been removed and we have been working this week on getting the new tank installed. We have hit a slight issue with the ground and ground water causing dirt erosion under the mailboxes.
Mailboxes Moved
For everyone’s safety, we have temporarily moved the mailboxes to the end of Ivywood Rd next to the shed and dumpster. The USPS mail delivery is back in operation as of today, and mail is being delivered again. Please see numbering chart below to help with identifying your mailbox, as there are numbers on the top bar of the mailbox to help identify them. They are still in numerical order.
Safety
- Please stay away from the ongoing construction efforts, the concrete pads are loose
- Do not park near the cones, we have sectioned off a part of the parking lot for heavy machinery
- Be aware the bypass pump is in the street, take caution when driving near the pump station
Timeline
We expect construction to continue for a few more days. Please pardon our mess! There will be cleanup happening into next week, we appreciate your patience with getting this resolved.
