It’s almost summertime, and that means the community pool is getting ready to open! We will be opening the pool this year starting on Memorial Day 2021, and all residents must register for their pool passes in order to use the facilities.
UPA has sent a letter out to all residents with a Pool Pass Registration Form that needs to be filled out so that residents can receive their passes. UPA Management will be at the Clubhouse for 2 days this week for those of you who wish to get your passes in person. Otherwise, due to COVID, the UPA offices are closed for visitors and the pool pass registration would have to be mailed in, and then the pool passes will be sent out via mail.
All residents that are applying for a pool pass must be current on all assessments. UPA Management will accept only checks at the in-person sessions this week for anyone that needs to pay.

A Board member may be present to extend the time, but no guarantees
