(Un)Happy cold bomb cyclone weekend everyone! Thank you to everyone that saw the water issue today and called in the water coming out of the clubhouse pool area shower and flowing into the street! We have been fighting all evening to get this resolved with as little interruption to everyone as possible.

Clubhouse Pipe:

The culprit was the shutoff valve for the exterior shower inside the clubhouse wall. It was turned off since the pool area isn’t in use, but sometime this afternoon the actual shutoff valve itself broke. Servpro came out and cleaned up the water spill inside the clubhouse.

The clubhouse water shutoff valves were not closing properly so we did have to temporarily shutoff the water upstream of the clubhouse while we performed emergency repairs to the water lines. Thank you to everyone affected for being patient with us while we had to do emergency water shutoffs late into the night. Water should be restored to your units, please let us know asap if you have any current issues! Our PAG email is being actively monitored all weekend.

Wet Street:

The water spilled into the street has been cleaned up to the best that we board members can do with push brooms, and then heavily salted. Please be careful driving next to the clubhouse this weekend as it might be be icy! We will asses again in the morning.

Going forward:

We may have to shut the water off to the clubhouse again within the next few days while we validate and make further repairs. This may or may not affect other buildings, but we will do our best to inform before water is shutoff.

Please be careful this weekend with your pipes!
